New Incident-to Rules Rescinded; What To Do Now

You may abandon new requirements for incident-to found in Transmittal 87 to the Medicare Benefit Policy. CMS rescinded the transmittal about a month ago, days before it was set to be implemented.

Tip: If you are having problems with your carrier not recognizing that the transmittal has been rescinded, contact your regional CMS office. That advice comes straight from CMS.
