Cancellation/substitution policy:

Transfers/substitutions are permitted at any time. However, for administrative purposes, please notify the conference registrar at 1-855-CALL-DH1 as soon as changes are made. Cancellations must be received in writing by Sept. 5, 2011, to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a $150 administrative charge.
