Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; however, the hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. Check-out time is noon. If you plan to check out the morning prior to the conference start time or during the first break, contact the bell stand to store your luggage.
Transportation and Airport

Nashville International Airport (BNA) – The hotel is 9.5 miles and 15-20 minutes from the airport.
Rental Car Discount: Avis Car Rental is offering conference attendees discounted rates. To take advantage of these rates, please call 1-800-331-1600 and mention AWD #T706699 to receive the discount.
Taxi Service: To the hotel, taxis are readily available at ground transportation at the airport. The cost is approximately $25-30 one way.
Shuttle service: The Grey Line Shuttle costs $12 one way and $20 roundtrip and can be picked up at ground transportation of the airport. Contact the hotel for pick-up times.

- Follow I-24 East to I-65 South
- Take I-65 South to the Broadway Exit (#209B)
- Take Broadway Exit and turn right on Broadway (at traffic light)

From the east on I-24:
