Cancellation/Substitution Policy
Transfers/substitutions are permitted at any time for conference attendees. However, for administrative purposes, please notify the Conference Registrar at 866-620-5939 as soon as changes are made. Cancellations must be received in writing within 10 days before the selected conference date (May 26, 2008, for Ft. Lauderdale; Nov. 1, 2008, for Scottsdale) for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are subject to a $100 administrative charge. Registrants who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full registration fee. Phone cancellations are not accepted.

You may opt to take the exam with a selected proctor – either on paper or online – at your office, or you may request a refund of the exam fee.
