Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 3 business days of the conference
are subject to a $50 service fee. Registrants who do not dial
in and who do not cancel before the conference date are liable
for the full conference fee. Cancellations must be made by fax
or email. Fax to the conference department at 301-287-2535 or
email to conf@decisionhealth.com.
Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
We reserve the right to substitute a speaker, reschedule
or cancel an Audio Conference.
