Glenn Krasker serves as president of Critical Management Solutions, a private healthcare consulting company based in Wilmington, Del., that specializes in sentinel event management and medical error risk reduction. He has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 16 years, serving in executive capacities in urban teaching and community hospitals. Glenn also served as Director of the Hospital Accreditation Program at the Joint Commission where he helped design and implement the Joint Commission’s sentinel event policy and protocol. He has successfully coached many organizations on how to investigate medical errors and how to proactively reduce risks.
