Can’t Attend?
If
you can’t come to the Billing & Coding
Pain Management 2008 conference, but don’t want to miss
a thing, order the professionally recorded audio CDs from
the entire conference – including the Pain Management
101 pre-conference workshop – along with the conference
course book for only $795.
Cancellation Policy:
Transfers/substitutions are permitted at any time. However,
for administrative purposes, please notify the Conference
Registrar at 866-620-5939 as soon as changes are made. Cancellations
must be received in writing within 10 business days prior
to the conference in order to receive a full refund (September
29, 2008 for Atlanta.) Cancellations made after this time
are subject to a $100 administrative charge. Registrants
who do not cancel and do not attend are liable for the full
registration fee. Phone cancellations are not accepted for
the full registration fee.
Pre-conference Workshop: Pain Management 101
This program has prior approval of the American Academy of
Professional Coders for 6.0 Continuing Education Units.
