She has co-authored the book Prescription for Pain Billing, which is approved by the American Academy of Professional Coders for continuing education credits.

Vicki Myckowiak focuses her practice on representing anesthesia and chronic pain groups on issues including compliance programs, fraud and abuse investigations, reimbursement, third-party-payor audits, coverage issues, and contracts, and she has helped implement compliance programs for dozens of chronic pain practices and billing companies across the country.

Joanne Mehmert has specialized in medical office management and reimbursement issues for more than 30 years as both a certified operating room technician and a certified professional coder. Debbie Farmer has more than 25 years of experience with both hospital and physician billing.
