Previously, he served as the chief financial officer of American Specialty Health, a nationwide health plan, clinical network management, and insurance company that specializes in chiropractic and acupuncture and is based in San Diego, Calif. He also served as the chief financial officer of the Fortune 500 client division of ValueOptions, a nationwide health plan, clinical network management and insurance company based in Norfolk, Va. and the chief financial officer of employee benefits administrator, Digital Horizons.
	Claudia Cook, MSW, eldercare consultant, LivHOME, Skokie, Ill. Claudia is an eldercare consultant who joined LivHOME, the nation's largest professionally led at-home senior care company, in April 2006. She provides resources and options on aging for professionals, potential clients and/or their family members and has access to a full array of services to meet the care management needs of frail individuals needing support, and guidance in reducing stress of family and professionals who are involved in their care.
	Pat Drea, Chief operations officer, Visiting Angels in Havertown, PA Pat supports 460 franchisees. She is a 25-plus-year veteran of the private duty home care industry and serves on the advisory board of the National Association of Private Duty Home Care. Prior to working for Visiting Angels, Pat served as chief executive officer for At Home Total Care, national director for business development for Staff Builders Home Care Agency and franchise owner.
	Mike Ferris, Director, marketing, sales and customer service, consulting division, Simione Healthcare Consultants, Hamden, Conn. Mike has over 10 years of experience as a nationally recognized expert in home health, hospice and private duty sales, marketing and customer service. He has consulted many of the most successful home care and hospice organizations and has witnessed what works on a national basis. 	Derek Jones, VP of marketing, Griswold Home Care, Philadelphia, PA Derek is a certified senior advisor who joined Griswold Home Care with a background in biotech, private equity and consumer technology. Derek has led Griswold through a 300% increase in territory growth and led the company through a rebrand. 	Bob King, Attorney and founder of Legally Nanny law firm, Irvine, CA Bob is an attorney and founder of Legally Nanny, a law firm specializing in representing home care and domestic employment agencies. Bob is a labor and employment attorney and advises clients on hiring, evaluation, accommodation and termination matters as well as wage-and-hour issues, workplace policies, applications and contracts.
	Neal Kursban, President Family & Nursing Care Silver Spring, MD Neal Kursban has more than 17 years of experience in the home care industry and is president of both Family & Nursing Care, a home care registry, and Legacy Home Care, a home care agency. He is a regular speaker at national home care conferences and a frequent contributor to various related publications for the industry.
	Aaron Marcum, President and CEO, Home Care Pulse, Rexburg, Idaho Aaron Marcum is the founder and owner of Home Care Pulse, a quality management firm specializing in client and caregiver satisfaction, in Rexburg, Idaho. He is a 10-year home care veteran who previously owned and operated his own private duty home care agency in Salt Lake City. Home Care Pulse produces the Annual Private Duty Benchmarking Study.
	Robert Markette, Jr., CHC, attorney, Hall, Render, Killian, Health & Lyman, P.C., Indianapolis, IN Robert’s primary areas of practice are health law, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, fraud and abuse, employment law and litigation.  He is certified in health care compliance by the Health Care Compliance Board.  Robert assists clients including county health departments, home health agencies, private duty agencies, hospices and physicians with a wide range of health care compliance and litigation issues.
	Mitch Markowitz, Vice president of business development, Family & Nursing Care, Silver Spring, MD Mitch has more than 20 years of experience in the eldercare field and has led Family & Nursing Care’s marketing efforts since 2001.  He launched the first therapeutic massage program in the nation specifically targeting older adults and a successful brand update to more effectively target the Baby Boomer consumer.  He is a frequent speaker at national and local conferences including National Council on Aging and the American Case Management Society.
	Julie Muelheim, Vice president of operations, Family Home Care, Liberty Lake, WA Julie oversees a team of 200+ home health aides providing a range of private pay home care services. She has been with the agency since 2004 working in a number of positions including as the community relations liaison to referral and intake manager. Prior to joining Family Home Care she was director of ancillary services for a multi-hospital health care organization.
	Walter Rosenberg, Program coordinator of older adult programs, Rush University Medical Center Walter oversees the business and strategic planning of the department and its health promotion and disease prevention membership program – Rush Generations.  In addition, he serves on numerous hospital committees, including the Patient-Centered Medical Home and Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities committees.  He provides transitional patient care as a social worker in Rush’s Bridge Program and Medical Home pilot and is on the management team of the Illinois Transitional Care Consortium (ITCC).
