Selman-Holman is a 30-year veteran of home care as an RN and attorney, and is founder of Selman-Holman & Associates, a home care management and consulting company based in Denton, Texas. She on the Board of Medical Specialty Coding and Compliance (BMSC) and one of the developers for the HCS-D examinations.
Debbie Cunningham, RN, HCS-D, is a consultant with Selman-Holman & Associates. She has 21 years of experience in home health and hospice. Her work has focused on billing, auditing, case management, OASIS assessment review and nurse education. She also has done numerous workshops on home health and hospice billing. And as regional director of operations, she has managed several agencies.
