Download your materials ahead of time!

Your ICD-10 Specialty Coding Summit materials will only be available by download. No more carrying around heavy binders – one week prior to the conference you will receive an email which will contain your log-in information so that you can download all the presentation materials that have been made available to DecisionHealth onto your laptop or tablet directly.

Although the materials are electronic only, can I still get a conference notebook onsite?

No. We will not print materials for this conference.

How will I receive my materials?

You will receive an email one week prior to the conference containing the login instructions to access your materials. Please download these materials to your computer or other device before traveling to the conference.

Which email address will materials be sent to?

Materials will be sent to the email address you provide when registering. Please make sure you provide us with a correct email address when registering to ensure receipt of materials.

Will I be able to print my materials at the conference?

We will not have printing services available. We highly recommend that you print and/or download any necessary materials needed prior to attending the conference. If you choose to print the materials, please note that they could be up to 300 pages.

Will internet/WiFi be provided at the conference?

Yes. WiFi will be available in the sleeping rooms, public areas of the hotel and meeting space.

Will I be able to annotate the materials using this device?

I will use a laptop. Since the materials will be available as PDF documents, you may wish to download PDF Reader software that will allow you to annotate your document. We recommend Adobe Reader, which can be downloaded for free onto your computer by visiting http://get.adobe.com/reader.

I will use a tablet/smart phone. Since the materials will be available as PDF documents, you may wish to download a PDF Reader application that will allow you to annotate your document. There are various apps available including, but not limited to, the following:

Will I be able to charge my device at the conference?

We recommend that you charge your device overnight and arrive at the conference each morning with a full battery. However, if you need to charge your device while listening to the session, a charging station with power strips will be available in the back row of the general session room. If you need to use this charging station, please return to your original seat once your battery has been charged as much as is needed to get through the rest of the day.

How long will conference materials be available for me to download?

Electronic conference materials will be made available one week prior to the conference start date, and for two weeks after the conference end date. It is important that you download your materials to a more permanent location for future use. Once the one week period ends after the conference, materials will no longer be available.

What if I do not pre-register for a conference, but pay at the door? How will I receive my materials?

If you pay at the door, you will receive immediate access to the attendee portal. The attendee portal is accessible on your computer, smart phone or other device via a web browser.

Can I purchase additional materials?

No.
